Assisting the warehouse & transport management team in keeping fleets & equipment safe and legal Maintaining records and assisting in filing. Toolbox talks roll out Maintain driving licence database and updating MOT & service schedules for the fleet. Manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers. Comply with GDPR legislation by ensuring that all confidential, sensitive information and personnel files are kept secure. Supporting the Compliance team in meeting regulatory and legislative requirements Tachograph management, infringements administration and defect reporting via our digital platform About you Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Have effective communication skills both verbal and written. Be organised, capable of planning, and have the flexibility to work well under pressure An understanding of Working Time Directive preferred (not essential) Good understanding of the RSA hours of working & Tachograph laws ISO background or understanding from and auditing point of view preferred (not essential) Occasional site visits to Millstreet, Cork and other satellite locations.
