We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Secretary/Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendar Assist with patient check-ins, check-outs, and record keeping Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and invoicing Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software Ability to work well independently and as part of a team A passion for animals is a plus
