We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of  School & Sports Travel to join our team and lead our travel division.
Job Summary: The Head of School & Sports Travel will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our school & sports travel operations, including Business development, planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements for sports teams and Schools.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and travel, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports travel division.
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for schools, sports teams, athletes, and sports events.
Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
Monitor and analyze travel trends to optimize travel experiences and costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications: .
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sports travel.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
