The role of Inside Sales Executive is really important to the success of our Client product.
You will be responsible for communicating with future and existing customers of our company, utilising inbound and outbound calls to generate business for the company and support our customers through the sales process.
The goal is to help the company grow by speaking with potential customers, developing business and maintaining good relationships with our clients.
Your responsibilities day to day will be Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our business' product, explaining to them how it can benefit them Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, activations and helping them to get up and running with their product Maintaining a positive relationship between us and our customers Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division What do we expect of you?
