Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Dublin 2 Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Financial Services About Us: Our Client, a leading fintech is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their diverse sales teams and drive growth in both inside and outside sales.
Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals who sell both over the phone and face-to-face within a designated region.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Your background in inside sales will be a significant advantage as you mentor and guide your team to success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a diverse sales team engaged in both inside and outside sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
Analyse sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and campaigns.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in both inside and outside sales.
Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales management role.
Background of inside sales Demonstrated success in developing high-performing sales teams.
