Job Duties Include: Proactively collecting and managing all debts including ensuring timely payment as well as required follow up paymentsAdministering and managing account limits, evaluating new credit requests and reviewing ongoing credit limitsMonitoring sales ledger accounts to minimise exposure to both excessive and bad debtChecking and processing credit notes as well as responding to adhoc queriesPreparing statements and raising sundry invoices and credit notes as requiredWorking closely with all departments to efficiently collect debtReporting any key issues to Managers and Accountants to highlight areas of focus and potential exposureWhat You Need to Succeed: Phone handling experienceExcellent communication skillsAccuracy and detailWhat's in it for you?
