Job Summary Reporting to the Vice President of Origination & Trading, the Marketing & PR Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction of the full Marketing activities of the company. This is a newly created role and reflects recent growth and a desire to enhance all activities relating to the EirTrade brand.
They are expected to proactively lead across all areas through meetings, calls, emails and the managing of all activities. The successful candidate will add strength and experience to our existing team. The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational & communication skills, and be a very self-motivated individual.
Responsibilities Manage & foster EirTrade's company brand within the industry and among the public.Ensure strong brand awareness among industry stakeholders.Devise an annual marketing & branding plan that aligns with the allocated budget, as well as the company's strategic goals & strategy.Coordinate & manage marketing campaigns to ensure strong visibility in the marketplace.Manage all aspects of advertising, press releases, public relations and tradeshows.Coordinate with industry news outlets, magazines and digital platforms to capitalise on any advertising or branding opportunities.Take responsibility for the design, creation and delivery of marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products & services.Design, create and ensure regular posts on social media platforms and the company website.Coordinate & manage the creation of any press releases on behalf of the company.Liaise with the senior management team to ensure all marketing campaigns are in line with the company's goals, strategy and desired messaging.Track and analyse marketing metrics providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies.Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.Keep updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.Manage the marketing budget allocated each year to ensure all projects and activities are kept within budget requirements.What we are looking for: Relevant qualification in Marketing at degree or above level.Significant experience in a similar role, with minimum of 5 – 10 years' experience.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and taking ownership end to end.A candidate who possesses the skillset to manage all aspects of the company's marketing and PR activities, including and not limited to advertising, tradeshows, digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and press releases.Self-motivated and self-driven, as well as the ability to motivate others.
