Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor Security Analysts during scheduled shifts, managing workload, workflows, and providing quality control.Communicate with clients regarding incident escalations and service delivery.Detect, monitor, and analyse potential security incidents.Support analyst alert triage and ensure escalations meet gold-standard practices.Provide incident investigation, documentation, and resolution.Maintain operational documentation and ensure teams follow procedures.Act as the technical escalation point and mentor for your team.Skills/Must Have: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with experience managing technical individual contributors.Advanced knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM software, and network protocols.Expertise in event log analysis and identifying signs of cyber intrusions.Familiarity with tools like Malware Sandboxes, Sentinel, Splunk, and EDR solutions.Proficiency in enterprise cloud solutions, modern authentication systems, malware detection, and network monitoring.Experience in vulnerability analysis, intrusion analysis, or penetration testing is highly desirable.Benefits: Opportunity to work in a globally distributed, fast-paced cybersecurity environment.Competitive salary and career development opportunities.Hybrid working model based in Cork, Ireland.Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies.Salary: €90,000 - €100,000 base salary
