Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Design & Compliance Architect to join their team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring security best practices and compliance across technical infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions for a range of clients. Responsibilities: Design and implement cybersecurity strategies, frameworks, and architectures tailored to clients' needs.Ensure all technical designs are compliant with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the integration of security into the overall design and delivery of projects.Provide technical leadership and oversight on security incidents and responses.Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.Advise on secure network and infrastructure designs, ensuring best practice across systems.Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and technologies.Skills/Must have: Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Architect in an MSP or similar environment.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including secure design, risk management, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience with designing secure solutions across cloud and on-premise infrastructures.Knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and vulnerability management.Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirableSalary: £70,000
