HR Manager (Part-Time) - Craigavon area MCS Group is thrilled to be exclusively representing an innovative private sector organisation based in the Craigavon area, currently seeking an experienced HR Manager on a permanent, part-time basis.
The company This award winning and innovative company have grown at a steady rate over the past number of years, currently sitting with just over 200 staff on their Craigavon site. The company's senior leadership team are extremely bought into HR and it's impact on the rest of the business, including developing its already outstanding company culture, understanding it's commercial importance. The successful candidate will therefore have complete buy in from the senior management team.
The role Reporting to the MD, the successful HR Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of all HR aspects for the business, working in partnership with the management team to support them on any people issues, ensuring excellent service in a consistent manner.
The successful HR Manager will work in a standalone capacity locally, partnering with various internal stakeholders throughout the business to understand current and future talent requirements, taking on full responsibility for devleoping an outstanding organisational culture. It is important the successful candidate is capable of doing everything from administration, through to dealing with senior stakeholders globally, given the stand alone nature of the role.
The business is firmly focused on continuous improvement, therefore the HR Manager will be involved in a number of value adding projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures to drive performance, as well as updating the employee handbook and taking full responsibility to drafting contracts of employment. The successful candidate will also be involed in the role out of a new HR system, ensuring it is embedded across the business and employees of all levels can use the system effective.
To apply for the role Suitable candidates will possess a relevant degree and be CIPD qualified, with extensive HR Business Partner / HR Manager level experience, where they have worked with and successfully influenced senior stakeholders,
