What we look for in a graduate consultantBright, curious and enthusiastic people with a passion for continuous learning and development.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including fluent English).Ability to get along with others, and make work fun.Attention to detail and focus on quality.Ability to draw insights from data analysis and research.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.People who will challenge themselves.Adaptability to work with different disciplines including project managers, change managers, enterprise architects, development teams and solution providers.What we will look for in your CVMaster's degree (2.1 or higher) or a First-class primary degree in Business, Management or other analytical subject.Excellent academic record.Demonstrated drive and commitment - in any field such as sports, music, social enterprise.Adept with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint etc.
