MCS Group are delighted to be working with a Public Sector Body based in Belfast, who are looking to add an Information Systems Manager to their team. The postholder will be responsible for the management and delivery of information systems and digital services within the organisation.
The Role: To enable delivery of the Agency's strategies and objectives through the planning and management of an annual programme of ICT work.To enhance ICT systems capabilities in support of business development and service improvement, and contribute to the ongoing identification and implementation of improvements.To manage the effective procurement of ICT systems and digital services including the development of economic appraisal/business cases as required.To ensure effective transition and on-boarding to the Organisations new IS Managed Services environment (2025 forward).To manage the organisations annual ISO 27001 assessment and accreditation exercise, Intertek Certification, and other ICT assurance exercises as required.To work closely with the organisations management team as well as external providers and contractors, as and when required in developing data and reporting functions.The Person: A third level qualification (a degree or equivalent level, e.g. NVQ Level 5) and 3 years relevant experience at a middle management level in ICT.IS Project experience.ICT infrastructure understanding.What is in it for you?: Opportunity to work within a growing and ambitious team.Focal point in delivering massive growth change within the organisation.Excellent annual leave allowance.Hybrid working.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Zachery Downes, specialist recruitment consultant at MCS Group.
