Join us as our 48 Digital Manager You will have overall accountability for the Digital Strategy for our Sub Brand- 48.
Working for the General Manager for 48, you'll own all of the digital outcomes for 48, across commercial, experience and technology, and you'll partner with 3's Digital Innovation Team and our outsourced partners to deliver and continuously improve experience across our website and app.
We're a digital first brand, so this role is central to driving and achieving our business outcomes.
What else it involves Develop, own and deliver the Digital strategy for 48, across technology, customer and commercial outcomes.
Be a thought generator with strong market awareness; adept at identifying Digital Trends, working closely with the rest of the 48 senior team in making sound investment choices Build strong relationships with peers across the organisation including Technology, Data & Analytics, Business, Finance, Legal and Reg and your Commercial Peers.
Influencing investment and change agendas to ensure equitable consideration of 48 and 48 requirements.
Working with Digital Innovation; identification of A/B tests to continuously improve online performance.
Be the Digital Business Owner for all cross-functional programmes of work, liasing with key stakeholders in the business and owning the Digital portfolio.
Build and own the roadmap of digital change for 48, working with key stakeholders across the team to understand priorities and identify optimum delivery approaches.
Develop and own the governance framework for funnel reporting and performance, working with Digital Innovation to ensure prioritisation of 48 tagging and reporting requirements.
Develop the framework for change delivery through Digital and Technology for 48, ensuring digital development and continuous improvement work for 48 is prioritised, managed, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Develop and implement our vendor and partner strategy across digital vendors, putting in place partner management and relationship measures to ensure our partners deliver in line with our business goals.
Influence the Digital Innovation Strategy to ensure 48 requirements are considered, identifying synergies and isolated initiatives to drive 48 performance.
Manage Digital related OPEX and CAPEX for 48, ensuring monitoring and management is in place and that spend is optimised.
Fully accountable for optimisation of channel performance against targets and ensuring action plans and initiatives are agreed in conjunction with Digital, Propositions to achieve KPI's - sales in all products, acquisition & retention, customer satisfaction, usage.
Accountable for creating a digital marketing and sales plan in cooperation with key stakeholders to optimise for SEO and utilising analytics.
Ensure that digital is a central element of new proposition and device launches.
The skills we're looking for - Must Have In-depth experience of e-Commerce technologies - including CMS platforms, analytics & personalisation technologies (ideally all Adobe).
In-depth experience of utilising online analytics information to deliver improvements to customer experience and conversion rates.
Experience directing Digital Transformation and/or managing a portfolio of projects.
Ideally, experience of working in Agile Methodologies and virtual squad structures.
Exceptional communication, reporting, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong critical thinking skills: quickly evaluating the digital estate to recommend the most appropriate solutions.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Capability to work from own initiative and in partnership with colleagues to find solutions to complex problems Skilled in effective data visualisation, risk, issue and dependency management.
