Join us as A 48 Operations Executive You will have overall accountability for managing and coordinating end-to-end services, operational partner performance.
Working for the Head of Operations, you'll drive continuous service improvements, manage triage processes, and coordinate between technical partners and care teams.
What else it involves Management/Coordination of end-to-end services and operational partner performance in collaboration with It Ops.
(service Review, Performance Reporting, Stability/capacity and SLA Management).
Coordination of Continuous Service Improvements and operational fixes across partners in support of Amdocs Support the ongoing management of triage and how issues are identified and flow through from the Care team to Technical Partners.
Coordinate between technical partners and care on ticket volumes and shift left opportunities Manage key additional services like Revenue Assurance, Fraud, and Payment services.
Support Service Delivery teams in the coordination of major incidents, change management and problem management and the impact to the 48 business and customers.
Raise and manage tickets across vendors for BAU/ small change.
The skills we're looking for - Must Have Ability to direct, make choices, problem solve and work within teams.
Can demonstrate flexibility and agility to move between role types within teams.
Experience working in an operational environment that has external IT and managed service partners, identifying service improvements and driving through small changes Knowledge of Telecommunications and Compliance is an advantage, but not essential.
Can demonstrate the ability to gather, interpret and present information through the form of reporting for management and senior stakeholder consumption.
Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment that shows flexibility, resiliency, self-awareness, and ability to support other team members.
