MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with Translink for an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast for an experienced Compliance Officer. About the role: You will play a leading role in supporting the Contracts and Frameworks functions to ensure that Infrastructure & Projects capital and maintenance contracts are managed and successfully delivered in respect of quality, compliance, and achieve customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for managing the contract call-off process to ensure governance is adhered to and contracts are delivered effectively and efficiently, with costs managed in line with associated approval value governance.
Essential Criteria Minimum of a Degree level qualificationMinimum of 2 years' experience undertaking a role with similar accountabilityExperience of contract award proceduresExperience of using Agresso or another financial databaseExperience of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience of contract administration and/or project managementDesirable Criteria Experience of working within a public transport environmentExperience of SharePoint and PowerBI systemsExperience of social value management and monitoringClosing date: Friday 26th July @ 12 noon.
