Acam Manager- Technical Services

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a ACAM Manager - Technical Services to join Europe's Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The Role: Ensure ACAMs inspections are closed on time to the satisfaction of the IAA.
Liaise with relevant departments ensuring corrective actions are implemented for all ARC findings.
Ensure any root cause is identified and that appropriate preventative actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence Work with Part-145 and Part-CAMO staff to implement changes in order to avoid findings and reoccurrence of issues.
Control and distribution of aircraft technical data.
Ensure up to date technical documentation is made available via Airbus world and My Boeing Fleet.
Liaise with Flight Ops to administer Ryanair Group AOC's MEL's.
Trending, implementing corrective action and classification of ARC, ACAM and SAFA/SACA findings Requirements Relevant engineering qualification (degree) or aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
5 years' experience within a similar role in an airline.
Experience reviewing audit findings and determining root cause.
Ability to implement changes to practices and procedures.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
