As the Access Management Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing access to MMA's internal technology systems, reports, and data.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that access privileges are aligned with each colleague's role, level, and job function.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, HR, and business leaders, to develop and implement access control policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring access requests, conducting periodic access reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these:• Detail-oriented• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:• Experience with Smartsheet, Planview, and Microsoft suite• Understanding of access control principles, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and other access management concepts.• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS)• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
