of 1 years' experience in a similar role desirable; A passion for cleaning; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail essential; Be standards driven; Guest care focused; Reliability and enthusiasm; The role: Working with the Accommodation team to deliver key responsibilities within the agreed time frame, the successful candidate will be required to: Plan and organise work area; Work up to 5 days per week in the busy accommodation department; Work as part of the team; Liaise with guests, colleague and hotel departments; Ensure that rooms and public areas are serviced to the required standard; Ensure that cleaning records are kept up to date; Evening work may be required on a rotation basis.
