Accommodation/Housekeeping Assistant

Shifts Available 6am - 1.30pm and 9am - 4.30pm As accommodation assistant, Main duties include: To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these To ensure that the guests needs and requirements are met.
To observe all health & safety procedures and rules and attend training re same.
Cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, ect.
To carry out any additional duties notified to you by management concerning accommodation services and general cleaning projects.
