Accommodation Manager Excel Recruitment is actively looking for an Accommodation Manager in the Dublin area.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage all operations within the housekeeping and accommodation department.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the accommodation and housekeeping departments, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Manage, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and quality control.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with brand standards.
Collaborate with other departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Accommodation Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop a large team.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and ensuring efficient turnaround times for rooms.
Knowledge of housekeeping systems and property management software is an advantage.
