We are searching for a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team as an Account Development Manager fluent in German.
If you are looking for a remote position in Ireland, this role offers a remarkable opportunity to utilise your skills in account management and business development to drive organisational success.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure revenue opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
Educate your clients on the benefits of work management platforms.
Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase platform adoption across new teams and departments.
Lead outreach efforts, including calls and emails, to foster and manage ongoing customer relationships while providing continued account support.
Collaborate with existing customers to boost brand recognition and enhance their usage and spending with the represented client brand.
Stay updated on product knowledge through client-provided and self-guided training resources.
Use data to monitor, review, and report on your sales pipeline to your manager weekly, including forecasting and planning to achieve set targets.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
Record all customer interactions and engagement in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Conduct regular performance reviews (monthly/quarterly/annually) with internal peers and leadership.
Use data to guide internal planning and drive success.
Provide insights into customer sentiment, product feedback, and key industry trends both internally and externally.
Skills and Qualifications Fluent in German (C1 level) for speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong organizational skills in time and project management.
1-2 years of experience in an account development or sales role.
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Experience in setting and exceeding sales targets.
Adaptable, coachable, and able to think laterally.
Experience in analyzing data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred.
Previous experience in account development or sales/technology is a plus.
Proficiency in using a sales platform is advantageous.
