We are looking for a highly motivated Account Development Representative to join our sales team.
The right candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, nurturing relationships, and building sales pipeline for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities for Account Development Representative Proactively create outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions, and pain points.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn with the support of the Google brand.
Explore new business opportunities within target industries and personas.
Build lasting and beneficial relationships with Google stakeholders.
Present product value to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Seek new business opportunities proactively in the market.
Schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the enterprise sales team.
Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
Create, present, and execute campaigns to the market, reporting results to internal stakeholders.
Maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services.
Champion our success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.
Qualifications and Skills Required for Account Development Representative Role Fluent in English (C1) Highly driven with a passion for sales and professional development in sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Experience in Business Development or sales (SaaS experience preferable).
Strong sales aptitude, solutions-oriented with a passion for customer experience.
Experience with CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales tech stacks preferred.
Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
Experience in self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline.
