    Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Stay informed about the client's products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges.
Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams.
Engage with potential clients via various communication channels.
Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace.
Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients.
  The Profile Targeted Qualifications Fluency in  Swedish  Language, C1 level or Higher.
Fluency in  English  Language, C1 level or Higher.
Business Development or sales experience SaaS.
Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology , and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts.
Track record of achieving sales quotas .
Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO , and other sales technologies is preferred.
Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
          Interpersonal Skills Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy Efficient, Perform tasks in the fastest and simplest ways that they can be done.
