How You'll Make an Impact: Build Klaviyo's client base across EMEAActively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained successSupport the success of your peersExhibit Klaviyo's values of accountability and effortProvide guidance and support to new Account ExecutivesExpand your skillset by participating in adjacent tasks over timeWho You Are: Minimum 1 year carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutionsExperience selling to Founders/Business Owners/Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domainExperience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholdersExcited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goalsAren't afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improveStrong growth mindset and continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of itAre encouraging of your team, thoughtful, engaging, and energeticAre adept at influencing and relationship buildingFull authorization to work in Ireland without any restrictionsCompensation and Benefits: The pay range for this role is listed below.
