About the role The Account Executive, Global role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity—we're looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
This role will be establishing Rippling as a market leader across EMEA, working closely with sales and cross functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook. This is a fast-paced role to develop sales skills and accelerate career growth.
What you will do Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's Global capabilities.Outbound excellence to define and execute on a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team.Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently.Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.What you will need 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota.Experience of success (top 10% of sales org).Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in French and English.Additional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer. This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings for employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay.
