About the role The Account Executive, Global role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- we're looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process. This role will be establishing Rippling as a market leader across EMEA, working closely with sales and cross functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook. This is a fast paced role to develop sales skills and accelerate career growth.
What you will do Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's Global capabilitiesOutbound excellence to define and execute on a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR teamClose business and achieve quota attainment consistentlyManage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenueWhat you will need BA/BS Degree3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2BExperience carrying a $1M+ annual quotaExperience of success (top 10% of sales org)Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll productsAbility to thrive in a fast paced environmentFluent in German and English requiredAdditional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer. This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings for employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation, including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
