We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. At ActiveCampaign, the AE team manages and closes deals through a combination of inbound pipeline and their own self-sourcing and outbound activity. Our ideal team member will be a high-performing consultative seller who has a history of achieving sales quotas in a performance-driven organization (SaaS preferred). What your day could consist of:Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to closeGenerating new opportunities through outbound activityLearning and communicating ActiveCampaign's product offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approachExceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals monthlyConsulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needsConducting demos and/or discovery calls and successfully managing all phases of the selling processWhat we're looking for:Fluent in English and German1-3 years of quota-carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution-selling environmentKnowledge of the email marketing/marketing automation space is preferredProven consultative sales solution skillsAbility to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goalsExcellent communication skills & the ability to relate to othersHighly coachable, eager to learn and growAbout ActiveCampaign: ActiveCampaign helps small teams power big businesses with the must-have platform for intelligent marketing automation.
