About the roleOur Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Each area of the department works as a business owner: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We're looking for an Account Executive to provide an excellent experience for our customers. Someone who can effectively identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation. A competitive, high-energy, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge whilst acting with integrity at all times.
What you'll be doingOutreaching prospects with multiple touchpoints across channels, with a focus on cold-callingDeveloping and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospects base, and maintaining consistent activity levelsBuilding and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesOrchestrating customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience from getting started to daily usageBeing highly autonomous in the role on how to effectively balance your time (prospect vs. close vs. upsell) to activate internal resources or engage your teamUsing solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value propositionBecoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant, compelling case studiesWhat you'll needFluency in English1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospectingExcellent communication skills and articulation over the phoneA keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales cultureProven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environmentA willingness to contribute outside of core responsibilities to provide an optimal customer experienceCuriosity and an attitude of a quick data-oriented learner who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environmentEffective time management and organisation skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administrationNice to haveFluency in Latvian, Lithuanian, or RussianA degree in finance or a business-related subjectAn entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindsetTo be a deal closer with a positive, creative, and innovative attitudeExperience in a reputable start-upImpressive cross-functional project management skills to be comfortable in a complex selling environment and communicate with decision makers at many levelsGet what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your workFlexibility to work from home, the office or abroadA free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perksExciting events year-round so you can get to know your team
