Account Manager, Benelux, Large Customer Sales (English, Dutch)Location: Dublin, Ireland

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently in order to interact in a client facing role.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of Google's competitive landscape and how to position our solutions.Ability to be well-organized and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.Ability to assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and closing.Excellent strategic and problem solving business approach and track record of building strong and lasting customer relationships.Excellent organizational, influencing and presentation skills.About the Job:Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes, and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all.

Responsibilities:Partner with Benelux customers to work towards mutually beneficial objectives.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that impact their growth and increase investment with Google.Understand what drives the customer's business and provide strategic advice to help them grow.Use the latest data and insights for ecommerce to educate customers and identify growth opportunities across markets and categories.Manage a complex portfolio by understanding growth drivers, capturing opportunities for growth, and managing risks.Develop Google's solutions within the context of a broader marketing strategy while remaining curious about customer and industry news.
