Full on site requirement during probation period with the open to do hybrid after that. Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring they receive exceptional service while driving revenue growth. You will manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the dedicated point of contact for the client, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships.Understand the business needs of the client and align with their solutions to meet their goals.Regularly meet with the client to review account performance, service quality, and identify potential opportunities for improvement or growth.Sales & Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to account growth, retention, and client satisfaction.Contract Management & Renewals:
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and proactively address any objections or concerns to facilitate smooth renewals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies and profitability targets.Problem Resolution & Escalation:
Manage escalations and complaints, ensuring they are resolved swiftly and to the satisfaction of the client.Coordinate with internal teams to address any service issues.Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts to senior management.Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the clients' products, services, and promotions.Your profileKey Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, client services, or sales, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.Technical & Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, particularly broadband, mobile, and enterprise solutions.Experience in managing business-to-business (B2B) clients is an advantage.Communication & Relationship Building:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.Strong negotiation skills and ability to present solutions effectively to clients.Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage accounts and priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth within an account management role.Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other digital tools to manage accounts and analyze data.Personal Attributes:
