Job Opening:Account ManagerABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Account Manager to be responsible for a significant existing client base across EMEA and APAC. This role is a key growth role within the international office and will require demonstrable experience in taking an existing book of business and growing it systematically and strategically to deliver additional value to clients.
REPORTS TO: Division Vice President of Sales - EMEA
PAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationshipsUnderstanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolioDeveloping and implementing strategic action plans to manage and grow accountsProviding superior customer service and ensuring high client satisfactionCommunicating and coordinating with internal support teams to deliver solutionsIdentifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processesDeveloping and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of A-LIGN's business, offerings, competitors, and industryMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with a minimum of 5 years' account management experience, ideally with a cybersecurity backgroundExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and intentSKILLS A high degree of motivation to meet and exceed sales targetsEntrepreneurial spirit / eagerness to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet deadlines and structure your time in an efficient and proactive mannerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdditional European languages would be an advantageABOUT A-LIGN A-LIGN is a technology-enabled security and compliance partner trusted by more than 4,500 global organizations to confidently mitigate cybersecurity risks.
