Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, online media environment, business development or marketing roles.
Experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns through any of Google's platforms, such as Google Ads, DV360 etc.
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing a book of business, client stakeholders, and business pipeline.
Experience with multinational companies.
Knowledge of the Polish market.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at a time while paying attention to details.

Responsibilities:Unlock the growth potential of customers by immersing yourself in their business. Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor.
Support the creation of campaign proposals for customers through Google's ad solutions by translating their goals into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide campaign updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that customers are satisfied with the outcomes.
Plan and manage pipeline, propose business solutions based on insights and data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with internal partners and supporting teams for better results. Share knowledge and best practices to achieve team goals, and contribute to the team culture.
