Account Manager:Manage a high volume of accounts both new and existing.Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.Gain an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.Agency Account Manager:Take responsibility for the growth and optimisation of an existing book of business, working alongside an Agency Account Manager to drive success for our high-priority Digital Marketing Agencies.Manage an ever-growing book of Business to achieve a revenue target Quarter after Quarter by using Pinterest's core products as leverage for growth of advertisers and brands on the platform.Analyze and track performance for advertisers to provide further insight and detail to our Agency partners to show our value and support to them.Partner Manager:Work with businesses and brands that have already started advertising on the platform to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create the right marketing plan.Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals in your niche market, offering educated insights to help them succeed.Build and maintain a book of business, developing and growing long-term relationships as the 'face' and first point of contact for your clients.Agency New Business:Manage a number of Digital Marketing Agency relationships both new and existing to support advertisers working with these Agencies to be successful on the Pinterest platform.Develop New Agency Business in your specific market, prospecting, pitching and creating and establishing business relationships to drive success for the client.What you need to succeed in any of these roles:Be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend German language.Preferably at least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing managing campaigns in any online ad platform.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience interfacing with clients.What we offer:Fixed-term Contract (Renewable).Salary: 33k base + up to 15k Performance bonus.Career Growth and Progression opportunities due to fast-growth and expansion.A friendly, unique and diverse multicultural team that fosters a positive, high-performing and celebratory team environment.A central office in Dublin, City-Centre with facilities and amenities.Hybrid model.Fully paid training on systems and tools.Paid holidays, sick days and training sessions.Healthcare from day one.If you are interested in this role or confident to speak with me about other sales roles, please send me a direct email to ****** or apply through this link.
