Location: Dublin Hybrid Working Salary c80-85k plus package Accounting Supervisor (Asset Management) – Our client are an growing financial services company based in Dublin city. Due to continued business expansion, they have a newly created role and are hiring an Accounting Supervisor on a permanent basis.

Staff management: Guide and train staff accountants, fostering a high-performance team and cultivating a culture of excellence. Financial Accounting: Authorise and review invoices, expense estimates, and monthly accounting packages, including journal entries and trial balances. Regulatory compliance: Oversee critical filings with the Central Bank of Ireland (e.g., FINREP+, MCR, ICAAP) and ensure accurate submission through regulatory tools. Strategic contribution: Participate in the preparation of financial projections, budgets, and quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors. Cross-Functional collaboration: Engage with service providers, legal teams, and internal departments to support initiatives like fund launches and closures. Your key duties will include: Overseeing and authorizing invoice processing and reviewing financial documents. Monitoring capital requirements, cash flow, and transfer pricing assessments. Preparing and reviewing agendas for internal and service provider meetings. Assisting in audit processes, responding to audit queries, and coordinating due diligence reviews. Reviewing annual and semi-annual financial statements for UCITS sub-funds. Maintaining process documentation and coordinating VAT return files for the tax team. Supporting quarterly distribution reviews for UCITS sub-funds. Is this you?
