Accounts Admin (Dublin – Hybrid)

Barden are thrilled to assist our client to help identify an Accounts Administrator professional for their team in North Dublin on a permanent contract.
You will join an established Irish business with a global market presence and will be responsible for supporting the Retail team in all areas of cash support & administration.
This opportunity would be suitable for someone who has a minimum of a year's experience in a high volume and fast-paced B2B environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE Support cash controls for a large amount of storesProcessing/posting and review of cash journalsCash office supportDaily lodgement reconciliationIdentify and assess risks in relation to cash control across the businessSupport continuous improvement in cash controlsAct as a point of contact for store queriesStore Debtor reconciliationsStore balance sheet reconciliations for cash, coupons, gift cards etcABOUT THE PERSON Related degree or qualification is desirableStudying for Accounting Technician or Professional examsExposure to a retail store cash office or Head Office cash control functionAdvanced systems exposure including Excel and ERP.Ability to build relationships with key customers.Comfortable liaising with senior members internally.Please get in touch with Phonsie Irwin in Barden (******) for more information.
