Accounts Administrator

Opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join an Accounting firm in Cork in a friendly, relaxed environment.

You will be responsible for supporting the accounting team by handling the day-to-day administration of financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities: Data Entry: Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Verify and reconcile vendor statements and invoices. Prepare and send out invoices to clients. Documentation and record-keeping Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager. Ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm or finance department. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero). Good organisational and time management abilities. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Salary & Benefits: €30k-€35k DOE On-site parking CPD Social events!
