Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store's accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounts administrator roleAccounts software experience is desirableExcellent numerical skillsStrong data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and organisedExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Main duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and ImaginativeOversee and manage the store's accounts including accounts with suppliers, customers and third-partiesManage all invoicesKeep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivableIdentify and address any discrepanciesGeneral administrative dutiesMaintain confidentiality at all timesAdditional Duties: Review and verify invoices against supporting documentationEnsure invoices are accurate and match the goods receivedPurchase Ledger Processing of supplier invoices using Exchequer softwareEnsuring allocation of invoices to correct nominal codesReconciling Supplier Statements and dealing with queriesMaintenance of Musgrave supplier account including Ambient, Chill, Miscellaneous and Central Billing invoicesCentral Billing accrual at each quarter endPurchase invoice roll back at quarter endPreparation of spreadsheets as and when requiredAssist with day to day administration tasks and any other ad-hoc accounts duties as requiredExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
