  The Role: Accounts Assistant In this key role, you will report directly to the Accounts Supervisor and collaborate with a dedicated Finance Team.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of payroll, accounts, and budgeting processes.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a company that's at the forefront of respiratory diagnostics while honing your financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities/Duties: Input, process and code invoices accurately and timely Liaise with colleagues and suppliers to resolve account queries Managing the monthly payment run Reconcile creditors' ledger statements on a monthly basis Collaborating with the Finance team to maintain financial accuracy Provide support and documents for audits Payroll: review and analysis of timesheets and data entry for weekly payroll Assist with various administrative tasks Other ad-hoc duties as they arise   What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in a similar role Experience using accounting software systems SAGE 200 is an advantage Accounting Technician qualifications desirable Competent with Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Good communication skills are essential As an Accounts Assistant at Vitalograph, you will be at the financial heart of a global leader in healthcare technology.
