As an ISO9001 and AS9100 certified company, we maintain rigorous quality standards and adhere to industry best practices to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Main Job Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableEnsure purchase invoices are verified, processed and correctly coded in an efficient and timely mannerPreparation and processing of electronic transfers and paymentsEnsuring suppliers are paid to agreed terms and reviewing payment runsEnsuring the correct supporting documentation is available for auditsLiaise with suppliers and internal departments on queriesWorking to continuously improve the AP processesProcessing and payment of employee expensesAssist finance department with analysis/reconciliations as requiredProcess & SystemsReview, implement and improve existing controlsProactively collaborate across multi-functional teams to create an environment that strives for consistency of best practicesRe-design processes and support automation Personal profile5+ years' experience in a similar role.3rd level degree in accounting/business studies or similarStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communications and time management skillsExcellent IT skills including high level in Microsoft applications (eg Excel).Experience working with multiple systems/applications , knowledge of Opera an advantageAccounts receivable experience (nice to have)Please note that this role requires candidates to be currently residing in Ireland with a valid work permit.
