As an ISO9001 and AS9100 certified company, we maintain rigorous quality standards and adhere to industry best practices to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesReportingComplete the month-end processes and Balance Sheet reconciliationsUpdate Fixed Asset RegisterPrepare and review monthly management accounts in accordance with IFRSAssist in the preparation of related financial analysisSupport ad hoc reporting requests as requiredWork with external auditors in completion of statutory audit and statutory accountsTaxes and PayrollEnsure VAT returns are completed on a timely basisPrepare and file statistical returnsSupport processing of payrollPreparation of required data for Tax AdvisorTreasuryComplete and review bank reconcialationsProcess bank transfers on an ad-hoc basis ( back-up cover)Process & SystemsAssist in the review, design and implementation of financial processes in compliance with corporate policies and controlsProactively collaborate across multi-functional teams to create an environment that strives for consistency of best practicesReview, implement and improve existing controlsYour Skills and Experience A good working knowledge of M/S ExcelPayroll and accounts receivable experience desirableExcellent attention to detail & organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbally and writtenParticipate fully as a team member and contribute to the overall performance of the teamAbility to think clearly and logicallyHigh level of problem solving skillsJob Type: Full-time | 3 months Fixed-term contractPlease note that this role requires candidates to be currently residing in Ireland with a valid work permit.
