Accounts Assistant - Swords Reed Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity with our Client based in Swords.
This is a great role for an experienced Accounts professional with strong AP and AR skills.
**9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 - 17.00 on Friday
**WFH available after probabtion
Duties in the role: Receiving & processing all AP invoicesAssist with set up for new vendor accountsReceiving & processing all AR invoices - raising Credit/Debit Notes where necessary.Posting all customer receipts to systemMonthly reconciliation of supplier accountsReceiving & processing all credit card transactionReceiving & processing personal expensesAssist in the preparing of weekly payment runsMonitor bank accounts and record daily bank transactionsMonthly credit cards postingReconciliation of monthly bank statementsPreparing bank lodgementsAssist with VAT and RCT returnsProvide assistance to the Financial Controller for all other accounts administration tasks
