The Firm, based in Dublin 2, has a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant with 1-2 years previous experience on a temp to perm basis.

Salary: to €40k DOE Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Hybrid working, Death in Service Benefits, Bonus, Annual Review, Career Progression Overall Package: to €55k The Role:Generate and distribute client invoices, ensuring billing accuracy in amounts, account numbers, and dates.Prepare pre-bills, process write-offs and adjustments, and confirm timely, accurate billing while addressing any issues.Upload invoices to various e-billing client platforms.Manage the purchase ledger by posting supplier invoices and reconciling supplier accounts.Perform banking tasks, including posting entries for client, office, and Cayman accounts, and assist with bank reconciliations.Provide support for reporting requirements.Other ad hoc duties and project work as required.The Candidate:You have 2+ years' experience in an Accounts role.You display an innate flair for detail and accuracy.You have a high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular Excel.You are an interactive team player with a sense of urgency.You are flexible and able to prioritise competing demands.You have strong organisational and communication skills.You have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.If this Accounts Assistant vacancy sounds like you, call Emma on 01 8456302 for details.
