FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a full time permanent Accounts Assistant to join our client in Tullamore Co Offaly.
The role comprises of the following; Main duties and responsibilities: Sending invoices to customers via email and following up payments to completion.
Managing customer queries and job orders.
Diverting office calls to relevant parties/distributing messages for the appropriate personnel.
Dealing with customer and supplier financial account queries.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Processing sales orders/purchase orders in conjunction with Quantity Surveyor.
Creating and maintaining customers database.
Maintaining the fleet of vehicles to include booking services, insurance etc.
Processing company expenses/receipts.
Collating O&M Manuals.
Skills required: Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Must have a positive and flexible approach and be able to use own initiative.
Strong people and communication skills.
Good organisational and attention to detail skills.
