Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant required for Arklow.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Duties: Checking details on reports to ensure jobs are billed correctly.
Sending invoices to Customers in line with individual requirements.
Dealing with Customer queries and resolving same.
Sending Customer statements and querying any overdue payments.
Processing Clients receipts Processing client payments Checking Supplier statements and preparing Supplier bimonthly payment runs.
Dealing with Supplier queries and resolving same Key Skills: Some experience of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable would be an advantage Experience working with clients and customers.
Experience using Microsoft Office suite especially Excel would be an advantage Strong communication skills.
