As an Accounts Assistant/Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Processing and posting purchase and sales invoicesFollowing up on Aged Debts to ensure accounts are up to dateAssisting with preparation of client accountsAnswering phones and directing calls to appropriate point of contactAssisting with other accounting activities and reportingAssisting in the administration related to the day-to-day running of the officeFollowing up on issues raised by Field Engineers to ensure timely resolutionAd-hoc duties as assignedThe Successful Candidate is likely to have: Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy finance teamExperience in invoice processing and reconciliationsExcellent numeracy skills with great attention to detailExperience in using multiple software applications for Job Management and AccountingAbility to work to deadlines and work under pressureTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsA flexible, positive attitude towards workAn ability to prioritise own workloadSchedule: Monday to FridayExperience: Finance or business: 2 years (preferred)Allied Fire Protection Ltd is a leading provider of Fire Protection equipment with a portfolio of public and private sector clients across Ireland.
