Accounts Assistant - Part Time

Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Finglas Elk recruitment are working with our client to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a Part-Time basis.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Accounts Manager and assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPrepare and issue invoices and receiptsReconcile bank statements and other financial documentsAssist in the preparation of financial reports and statementsMonitor and manage petty cashLiaise with clients and suppliers regarding financial queriesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsOther ad-hoc duties as requiredProcessing ordersRequirements: Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar roleProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlinesExperience using Sage
