Job Description As a result of our continued growth here at King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to expand our Finance team by adding an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator.
This is initially a contract position with the view to being extended/being made permanent.
Processing of invoices in a timely manner, ensuring that invoices match the purchase order number, and appropriate approval is gained.
Review supplier invoices and credit notes to ensure accuracy of detail, e.g.
company name, address etc.
Prepare month end reconciliations of supplier accounts to supplier statements.
Setup and update of supplier master data in system, ensuring accuracy and detail.
Deal with queries from vendors and internal departments in an accurate and efficient manner.
Assist in management of vendor contracts, implementation of controls and procedures.
Ensure compliance with corporate finance and administration procedures.
Process monthly supplier and intercompany payments.
Processing and checking company business travel expenses.
Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications Experience gained in an accounts focused role.
Third level business qualification or part qualified Accounting Technician.
Knowledge of relevant accounting processes.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, basic Word.
Excellent organisational skills.
