Role:  Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the prompt processing of invoices.Aiding in the encoding and entry of supplier invoices into the accounting system during periods of high demand.Supporting the entry of approved invoices into an Excel file designated for payment processing.Additionally, various ad hoc responsibilities will be part of the role.Requirements:  A minimum of two years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within a fast-paced setting.While prior experience in the construction industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.Mandatory attributes include robust communication skills and proficiency in IT.Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.Fluency in English is a fundamental requirement.
