Job Title: Accounts Payable Location: Dublin 18 (Hybrid) Salary: 40,000 The Opportunity: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team in a full-time, permanent role.
The successful candidate will focus primarily on Accounts Payable, with additional involvement in billing and customer invoicing.

Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Raise Purchase Orders Post Supplier Invoices to the accounts system Reconcile Supplier accounts with statements Prepare and process weekly supplier payment runs Manage staff expenses posting and payments Address supplier email and phone queries Invoicing/Billing Assist with invoice preparation Provide customers with backup information as needed Respond to customer queries Support follow-up on outstanding debtors Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A proactive and detail-oriented approach EU PASSPORT| STAMP 4
