Accounts Payable & Payroll Executive – Contract

We are recruiting an Accounts Payable & Payroll Executive for a 3 month contract. This role will involve working for an educational organisation in the Blackrock region, South Dublin.

Hours will be 9-5 Monday-Friday; part-time hours will also be considered.

Details: Rate: €20-22ph Run the payroll completely Enter supplier invoices into the system, pay accordingly, and reconcile Computer Package: Oasis Payroll: 200 staff members This role will start as soon as possible. A minimum of 3 years previous Bookkeeping experience/AP-Payroll is required to apply for this role. Candidates must have experience running a larger payroll in the last few years.

Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative; this role reports to the Financial Controller.
